
Quite often these days many people decide they want to get on a weight loss program. That is ok, as long as we get on the correct program and follow proper procedure while on the weight loss program.
Golden Rule # 1: Is to set a goal that is achievable... You don't want to set your goals so high that if you don't reach that goal in your expected amount of time you will only give up. You see if you say you want to lose 15 lbs. in 3 days, it is just not possible to do so in a healthy way. Set your goals to lose weight in a sensible program and maintain that program until you have reached your goals. It is much healthier to plan a weight loss goal that allows you to lose 5 lbs. in a week than far less time. It is also more achievable.
